Enrolment conditions – no really, you should read these

By applying, I understand and agree to the following enrolment conditions:

 

Payment
I acknowledge that I am entering into a 6-month or 12-month program and that my entire fee must be paid. If I choose the “monthly payments” option, I agree that my credit card will automatically be charged the agreed amount on the dates indicated in my application. I acknowledge that I’m making a commitment to pay the full amount to Australian Writers’ Centre in exchange for the privilege of participating in the program.

 

Cancellation/withdrawal is only permitted before the program starts
If I can’t attend the program, I must advise the Australian Writers’ Centre in writing at least four weeks before the program starts. If this happens, I’ll receive a credit note for the amount already paid. I can use this credit note towards any Australian Writers' Centre courses.

 

In exceptional circumstances, special consideration may be given for withdrawals or transfers within the four- week period. If this occurs, I will be charged a $125 administration fee and a credit note will be issued for the remaining amount. I am choosing this program carefully and I understand that once the program has commenced, there are no transfers in the event I am unable to attend for any reason, including changes to my work commitments.

 

I understand these conditions apply even if I enrol within four weeks of the program beginning.

 

Australian Writers’ Centre reserves the right to cancel or terminate a program. If this happens, I will be refunded the program fee paid. The Centre is also committed to providing participants with a productive and nurturing environment. The Centre reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate my right to participate in the program without refund of payment if I become disruptive or difficult to work with, or if my behaviour impairs the ability of instructors or fellow participants to participate in the program, either in class or online. I understand the program materials are copyright and agree never to sell, rent or otherwise distribute my program materials in any way.
